Ortho 490210 Dog and Cat B Gon Dog and Cat Repellent Ready-To-Use Spray, 24-Ounce

I have a cat that was using my couch as a scratching post. I purchased this product and sprayed it on my couch. After, my cat wouldn't go near the couch. Works great! Only thing is that this product has a strong citrus odor which is overbearing if I use too much. Product didn't stain the material on my couch. Works 4 to 6 weeks before I have to reapply.

This product does not work. I purchased to keep cat from inside my cars engine area. When I start my car remotely the cat scatters and sets off my security alarm. I sprayed all over inside, there are pocket areas where I let the liquid sit and hoped it would evaporate keeping the scent. I sprayed on bottom of windshield area where cat sits on top of my hood as well leaving sandy prints all over. I looked out and the stupid thing was laying in it.

It did not work for a month as the directions stated and it turned my grass yellow everywhere I sprayed it. It did keep dogs away for 2 weeks but that was it. I still have dog mess in my yard.

We live on a very busy street and have a street light on corner that every dog stops to pee and sniff every day, all day. I bought this l sprayed this on the lightpost and has worked GREAT! Dogs no longer stop and just keep walking.

Dogs haven’t peed where I’ve used the product (yet) let’s see how long it works but usually they go every day (on my planters) and haven’t in the past 5 days. Plus I live the smell and it is safe for pups and baby!

Did not work well. Both my out door dog and cat dug in the same spot over and over again even after several reapplying attempts.

I tried everything I could think of and things others recommended to keep cats away. This product worked well. However, it does have a strong odor.
