Activated Charcoal & Therapeutic Peppermint Oil 6oz Face Soap or Body Soap, Amazing Cleanser for Acne and Pimples (Pack of 1)

This soap is great! It seems to have completely cleared up my acne and leaves my skin feeling clean. It's a little harsh for 2x a day, every day use if you have sensitive skin, but I love it and will continue to use it.

Initially I was referred to "black soap" to clear up acne, minimize the oils on my skin and give me that squeaky- no residue feeling. I immediately came to amazon to find this "black soap". As I clicked around I realized it isn't JUST "black soap" but, this "black soap" is supposed to be this amazing charcoal based fix all in a square. I read the reviews, I sorted through the questions, and I even read the product description. Fortunately Amazon shipped this item pretty quickly. I truly anticipated its arrival. The day it came I just had to crack the box open. The fragrance is lovely. It truly is. I had to check out the packaging, and read the description along with the ingredients. While reading, I did notice that the description states the soap incorporates lavender and tea tree, where as the ingredient list would speak otherwise. The ingredient list on the box is full of oils. Unfortunately for me, its too oily. Almost every ingredient is an oil. Had I known, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I was reluctant to make the purchase because of the price ($10 for a bar of soap....really?), I was reassured by the reviews, and now I regretting the high standards I had placed on the item. Because of the high standards I placed on the item, I was really disappointed. I suppose I envisioned something completely different based on what I read. Thats my fault, not the items. Don't get me wrong, it smells lovely, and suds nicely, but I just cannot use this on my face.I will continue use and hopefully re-evaluate my review.

I totally love this soap and I plan to order more. My skin feels refreshed and super clean after every use. My mild acne quickly heals with day and night use of this soap and the condition of my skin has significantly improved.

excellent in beauty and fragrance of peppermint exceptional---great for oily skin, soap does have a drying affect on face. Would buy again.

Wonderful soap. I have been trying for years to find a soap that cleans well and doesn't make my face breakout or dry out. This is great. I highly recommend!
