The product itself is made out of good quality plastic. The module itself comes with a stand so that he can stand up straight. Anyone who is a fan of this character and likes to collect figures, this is a great but to get. Affordable and easy to put together also with the option to there have Levi has the cape on or not. They are also not kidding when this comes at about 9 inches because it is definitely tall. As said before, it is a nice, affordable, and the good figure to own.Now for the customer service. This is actually my second time ordering this product because some wonderful individual decided to snatch up my first product on my front porch while I was out with friends. I contacted Amazon support and when I did, I can understand why they are ranked #1 in the last couple of years for their service. The man not only was helpful, direct, and to the point about how to solve the problem. But also gave me a refund in full and a gift card for the troubles. This is one of the main reason's why I am writing this review because of how helpful they were!

Like others said, pairing up torso with the legs is difficult. I had to file down the area a bit. You need to spread the legs to make it fit into the stand. I would have given two less stars for the amount of work that went into. But, Levi looks great and sturdy. My favorite of all. So, a perfect five. :)

I'm not certain why this figure is so cheaply priced, but it's an outstanding value! I really liked this piece previous to buying, but I wasn't sure how it would look in person. I thought the figure looked slightly feminine in stock photos. I was happy to see the figure looks much better in actuality. It's very nicely painted with no flaws and stands a little over 10 inches tall. I really like the removable cape, too. I was impressed with how big and realistic the cape looks in person. This is one of those rare occasions where I feel like I got more than I paid for because the figure is so reasonably priced. I'm going to include some actual photos just as I received him and still in the plastic

I love this figure , the detail is phenomenal, and it took like a week and a half time to get to my house in great condition , this is a pretty cheap figure for an surprising price . And if you are a Levi fan like myself you really should get this figure

When I ordered this it told me first that it would come the 28. October. Then it told me that I would get it the 23. October. But I actually got the package the 21. Oktober, which I'm really happy about. The figure looks great, and no damage had been done to it. It was a little bit difficult to put the bottom and top part together, but after trying to push the two pieces together for a while, they stuck together. There was nothing wrong with the stand and I looks great. It's definitely worth the price.

This figure is AMAZING. It got to me so quickly and was in perfect condition, no dents to the beautifully decaled box or anything. He's painted perfectly, everything is so nicely detailed even down to his always furrowed brow. I have no complaints, if you're looking for a great quality figure of the almighty Heichou, then get this one! Very happy customer :)

It took a month and 12 days (I ordered standard delivery. Guess that's my fault) but it got here and it's super, super nice. Paint job is superb, he stands up fine and seems even taller than I thought he'd be.

The figure looks great but putting it together is horrible. My child purchased this figure with her own money and was high with excitement when it came in to being extremely disappointed a matter of minutes later thinking it was defective. To be able to put the torso together with the legs I had to file down the connecting pieces. In the process of gripping it, the ascot broke off. Also, the feet do not fit into the rock stand so it will be falling over all the time. Whomever manufactures this product should do some re-figuring of the mold to make sure it goes together properly.
