Okay, I've only had this device 24 hours so keep that in consideration.I like it and am happy with my purchase but my expectations are aligned with the price I paid.I use t-mobile and was able to pop in my sim and it read my card and was immediately ready to go. Initial start up with setting up email, google accounts, etc was no problem. The screen resolution is fine, a bit grainy/noisy on dark backgrounds but I'm okay with that. The rear camera is meh and the front is quite the potato but I don't rely on my phone cam for much and don't facetime or skype so that doesn't bother me. Does have a flash, though.The sound is surprisingly good: speakerphone good, and the headset that comes with the device works REALLY well! Reception is the same as my old phone, nothing better or worse. I have dead zones nearby so it's unavoidable for me.I was able to download apps from google play (pre-installed) easily but I noticed a couple of the "larger" apps take longer to open the first time but once it opens once it opens fast thereafter. (Namely abcmouse for the kids)Facebook likes to freeze up occasionally when the battery is low and a video autoplays on the newsfeed. Netflix works great-no issues so far.Swipe responsiveness is good. Overall app usage as expected-not lightning fast but not annoyingly slow either. Wifi picks up really well. Browsing web is smooth.I'm pretty sure there's no IR to use apps that turn your device into a remote control for tv, etc but can't confirm.Came charged in a nice box with charger, cord, headset-nicely packaged. Charging cord holds in the port nice and tight but seems to take a while to fully charge. Maybe that will improve after a few charges. Size is great, and not too heavy but too light, either.For the price I would recommend this-not if you like to take a lot of great selfies, but if you are wanting to use something in the realm of basic productivity while being able to make calls it's legit.

I got this phone hoping to use the dual sim feature. Unfortunately, each time the second sim rings, I just cant receive the call, even when I have no calls from the first sim. The camera is also very poor. Pictures are just no clear. Finally, the sound quality on the phone is poor. I am planning to buy another handset.

Poor quality phone. HUGE, and only lasted 1 year.

Just received my new phone..this one works a little faster than the other one which is good...picture quality is actually a little better on back camera...took my review up 1 star..from 3 to 4....now if we cn get a better quality camera..aw man this phone would be epic...thanks again..shipped well as always.An arrived on time..

The phone initially started out as a good phone and then about 5 months later the phone began to freeze-up.The fact that no protective cover should have been sign enough to say leave this device alone. The volume during conversations seemed muffled. I would not suggest this phone for purchase. The phone's display became distorted even though the phone's screen had not been cracked or broken. Amazon was great on the customer service for the device however the device itself is just not a well made device.

works like a dream all I could ask for in a phablet ,compact enough that I can carry it in my suit coat pocket has all I need to search the web all my programs kept neat and in order.

Stopped working a short time after the other one. Seems like there only made to work for a short period of time.
