Helly Hansen November Propile Midlayer Jacket

This is a good-looking, well-made fleece. The outer surface is knit, and the jacket has flatlock seams for greater comfort. It's a good medium-weight midlayer.It has a reversible YKK Vislon 5VS main zipper so it can be zipped in to compatible shells, including Helly Hansen's CIS shells, Columbia Interchange, North Face, and even Land's End Squall System (not YKK, but compatible) - but the jacket has no collar or sleeve tabs to secure it into a shell. It has no inner pockets, but does have a nice waist adjustment cord.The jacket fails where too many fleeces fail - the sleeves are too tight, so it cannot be put on over a long-sleeve shirt without great difficulty - and the inner fleece sheds fibers all over your clothes. With wider sleeves, I would give this 5 stars.

Nice quality, good thickness. I like the non-tacky outer surface that makes it easy to slide a shell over this fleece, which also is warm and stylish all by itself. Note that it's a fairly long fleece --- what I wanted to layer inside a longer HH shell. But if you plan to wear it over a shorter shell or jacket, it might hang out in the back.

Bought an XL, I like it, but a little smaller than I thought it should be. And the rock color I thought to be grey, it is greyish with more green tones.

I bought this jacket, loved it, washed it. After that, the under the arm stitching came apart. I sent the above photo to HH explaining - "this looks like a manufacturing defect to me". By the way, this results in a large hole in the breast pocket. And guess what? They will give me a 25% off a new jacket. Whaaaaaaa?

Most please with this fleece. Definitely good quality. Was very happy Amazon could get it delivered in under 24 hours when the HH store told me a week minimum. Way to go Amazon!

Me encanta este modelo, de hecho, tengo desde hace tiempo (heredado de mi padre) el modelo azul con las cremalleras en rojo y me gusta tanto que he estado buscando el mismo modelo de forro polar durante años. Cuando encontré este, me lancé a comprarlo sin dudar, aunque no era mi color favorito (pero solo estaba este color en mi talla), y cuando me la probé note la misma sensación placentera que con mi vieja chaqueta azul (mismo modelo, más años y uso). Es una prenda suave pero muy duradera. Vivo en un lugar templado donde las temperaturas no son muy extremas, así que aunque abriga bastante, no es suficiente para aislar de un frío extremo. No tiene cortavientos, por lo que si necesitas más aislamiento se debe usar como chaqueta interior. Pero al ser ligeramente ajustada y otorgar movilidad, no supone problema ponerse algún abrigo más grueso encima. Además el precio es genial para esta marca.

La talla es perfecta. Pero los "colores" (ribetes, cremalleras, etc....) no coinciden con la fotografía. He comprado dos chaquetas y en ambos casos, esos ribetes de colores (por ejemplo, naranja) no existen luego.
