Works well as long as you don't break it
It's important to remember that you should only set the time by pushing the minute hand clockwise with the tip of your finger. If you try to set the time by rotating the outer dial, you'll eventually strip the cheap plastic gears inside and they'll jam, and you'll have to replace the entire unit. When you install this, it would probably be a good idea to apply a warning label to remind the user to only set the time by pushing the minute hand.Aside from that, as long as nobody breaks it by turning the outer dial it will run reliably for years.
