Q: Why is there no +/- sign to adjust after turned on?

Thank you for your question. Please do not worry as there is no +/- sign in working mode after turned on. You need to press “TEMP/TIME” for about 2 secs to enter setting mode in order to adjust the temp or time. Please read ALL the manual carefully before use.
