I order model no 12880 but I received 12780 without 2 bumpers and hard case as mentioned in description.Lots of headache this week but good customer care.

Worst experience, I hv been cheated. I didn't get neither pouch nor battery.I'm also facing difficulty in replacing battery because I can't open the battery sloth.Please help me out how to open battery sloth. It's too tight to open.Any one out there who can help me.
