Awesome product really surprised me with the self solders hold, all I did was slide the wire together no twist or pinch just heated like instructed and it solders and seals amazingly. I made a loop from 2 pieces and joined both sides the same and pulled as hard as I could once cooled and I could not budge the soldering point one bit and I easily put 100 pounds of pulling pressure on the loop I made. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who does wiring!! Once I saw how good they worked I reconnected every wire that had a crappy connector with one of these that I could find on my and my family's vehicles. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Even my dad gave the loop a hard yank and he was surprised.

I don't leave reviews often, but these I just had to. What a great product! Ingenious no crimp design, color coded, clear tubing so you can actually see joint, easy to install and makes a solid, none bulky connection. All you need is a heat gun. Excellent!

These heat shrink butt connectors were exactly what I was looking for and at a great price as compared to buying them from a local store. I've used every size and they all fit the wire properly and shrink without issue once heat is applied. I will purchase this again when I run out.

Works well for small gauge wire. 22-18. Larger wires take a lot more heat for the solder to melt. The outer shrink tube is very thin. I used shrink tube over top of it because I was worried it was so thin.

These connectors works very well. I use a heat gun to blow them and they fits very snug around the wires. It gives a much cleaner connection than regular wire nuts.

Never use another "crimp-style" connector again! These waterproof, built in solder connectors provide a professional look to any electrical DIY job!
