Surface Laptop 4 15” Touch-Screen – Intel Core i7 – 16GB - 512GB Solid State Drive - Matte Black

Have been using it in a few days and really love it. This Surface pro and keyboard bundle has everything you need to be used as a personal pc, as well as a tablet. I used to use a macbook air to do some home office jobs and an ipad for entertainment, but right now looks like my Surface pro can handle both of them. Comparing mac os and windows os, after about one year usage of both of them, I personally find myself like windows os. You have much more freedom to do your job, and much much more softwares you can choose for windows users. So in all, i love my new surface pro. It is really a great pc/tablet for my daily use. I regret that I should buy this before i bought my macbook air and ipad. Right now I am trying sell for my macbook air and ipad because I think I am probably not going to use them again.

Love the Surface Pro series and this is no exception. The pen is more sensitive than ever (even my horrifying drawing skills end up being enjoyable). The screen is beautiful, the processor is fast, and it's portability is unprecedented in a true laptop/tablet (which iPads are not). As always, the magnetic keyboard acts perfectly as a screen protector/cover, and the use of a thin 3rd party shell for the back is all that's needed. Battery life is incredible (8 hours of hard use), and even better, the charging seems faster in this model, and can be charged from 0% to 100% in just over an hour (if turned off). There really isn't anything I would change on this without the price point doubling. Extremely happy as always with the Microsoft Surface line. Lastly, as u can buy this from multiple vendors on Amazon, the seller of this package was fast and everything came perfect and as advertised. I'm open to answering questions anyone might have.

As a commuting college student, I love my surface pro. It’s perfect for taking notes, studying, writing papers, doing work at home & etc etc! I can connect it to the Bluetooth in my car to listen to my textbooks. I don’t have any complaints.

Horrible start up experience makes me regret this purchase already. Startup is all automated where the user has to decide on what feels like dozens of decisions on what to install or not install. Most of these, I believe a new Microsoft user, like me would have to research to reach a decision. Even "clear" choices don’t work. One of the first choice I had was to a free upgrade to windows 11, which I chose. Response was it would be installed upon startup. Never happened. Hours on chat sessions with 3 different Microsoft groups, including Surface Laptop Tech Service ended with a website I had to go to for "easy" install. After multiple attempts of automated "download assistant" supposedly running produced no results. On the other hand, I clearly chose to NOT accept any download from Norton only to get a thank you for downloading Norton Web Safe. I then had to install a Norton uninstall app to uninstall the Web Safe. It’s no longer showing install in my device but I will not be surprised when I get a charge for having Web Safe. Now I am unable to load my email app, only getting "an error occurred". I could go on with much more, but bottom line I do not recommend this device!!! Update After finally getting Windows 11 update installed and connecting my new mouse to the Surface 4 I am feeling better about the Surface 4. So far I am much happier with Windows 11 over 10. While I still have a lot of work to do to decide features and apps I need/don’t need the Surface 4 is super fast. For me, the touch pad is way too sensitive to keep the selection arrow from moving while clicking, but the mouse has given control. Unfortunately, this afternoon I received 4 emails, within 5 hours, from Microsoft notify me that my automatic renewal charge is set for May 1st with no reply option from me. Does that mean I will be charged for 4 subscriptions??? Also, lack of easy to find user instructions from Microsoft on features & how to use the Laptop is frustrating. Does it have build in Microphone?? Get different answers but none from Microsoft! Feeling MUCH better about the device but not there yet on Microsoft.

Yes, this is it! Large screen, fast response, beautiful quality, and definitely gives you your money's worth! Happiness and satisfaction every time I use it!

I love the weight of this product. I'm able to carry it in my purse! It's easy to use, great HD, and sound. I have the keyboard and cover and use it at work
