It came in better than expected
It came in better than expected!The photo was clear, and the type was just what I wanted. Also, the sign quality was fantastic and easy to use.I love that it comes with a carrying case. Makes going to and from events, so easy!Thank you again for a great product! And saving me money from the big box stores that wanted to charge over $100 for the same thing.

Easy setup, light, compact, and setup is larger than life!
This banner was bigger than I imagined. They give the size in inches and I never thought about how big it would actually be. It's around 6' tall and incredibly easy and quick to set up. I got it out if the box and set it up in about 2 minutes or less! It is lightweight and compact - about the size of a camp chair folded up. Easy to set up by one person. Twist out the foot on the base, put the 3 section pole together (which are connected by and elastic string on the inside), put the pole in the hole in the base, and pull the banner up, connecting it on the hook at the top of the pole. What attracted me to this is the ability to upload my own design. My guitar logo looks great and larger than life!

Horrible job!
I ordered retractable banner when I received it the pictures was lined Horrible a lot of white space showing, also the metal base was all Bent up..

Actually a very good value for the money.
The crop lines didn't seem to match the template but the finished project still looked great.

Crappy job
I'm not happy... for some reason they cut off my lettering and the bottom of my pictures. Too late for me to send back and get redone. I'm so sad and disappointed.

Not Sturdy
The frame and insert are made of pretty cheap material. I already have the sides getting scratched and the insert damaged at one place just after using it 3 times. Not good for events etc. this may be worth if you need to setup once and never repack or move it. My main need for a retractable banner was to be able to setup and repack it for weekend events. I will be buying a better rugged one pretty soon. I even contacted the seller if I can get a replacement insert but they don’t provide it.
