Works exactly as described!
This was strong, tough and easy to install. Unless you are drilling through tile, don’t get their bit, just use your own.I put up a safety bar in the bathroom for my Dad. It took about 20 min, most of which was just measuring. When I got to the actual installation, it went quickly and easily.I will be buying these again.

These work great
Once you get over the fear of drilling through your tile, these work great. Really happy I went with them. It made the job go so much quicker.

Big hole in wall is required.
These things work. The only down side is it does require a larger than normal hole drilled in sheetrock. I purchased the suggested drill bit also. Worked like a charm on stainless safety rail. Watched a you tube person because I didn’t feel the instructions were that helpful.

Bath tub grab bar install project
Summary: Adding a few grab bars to dad's shower. I used a lot of products for this project, so including all related products in this review.Recommendation:1) When mounting grab bars, it's always easier if you can find the stud to attach to. In this vertical install, I decided to use a stud and Wing-Its anchors; partially because I wasn't sure I could hit both, and didn't want to put two fasteners vertically (on either the right or left only), but that would also position the bar in the shower a little too far in (towards the shower control).2) The WingIts requires a 3/4" hole through the mounting material. For tile, this can be especially challenging. I used the SHDIATOOL diamond 3/4" bit, with the DRILLAX adapter to get through the tile, and then used the 3/4" BOSCH bit to finish through the dry wall. Also used the BOSCH bits for the other small hole. Having the right tool for the job is the difference between project completion, and a messy, disaster.Related Products:Moen R8924P Home Care 24-Inch Concealed Screw Bath Safety Bathroom Grab Bar, Peened ~ $30Pros: Moen name, includes stainless screws.Cons: None. Conclusion: 5-starshttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EI0TJ4Structural Grab Bar WingIts, PK2 ~ $14Pros: Heavy duty, highly rated.Cons: Cost ($7/anchor).Conclusion: 4-stars (cost)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004CCRJWOSHDIATOOL Diamond Core Drill Bits 3/4 Inch ~ $13Pros: Right tool for the job, looked brand new after drilling two holes (with proper technique, including cool water).Cons: None. Conclusion: 5-starshttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07213KCN9Drilax Core Drill Bit Arbor Adapter ~ $15Pros: Allows SHDIATOOL bit to be used with drill (instead of angle grinder).Cons: Cost (a little expensive). Conclusion: 4-stars (cost)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0737H7CMXBOSCH GT3000 Carbide Hammer Drill Bit Set ~ $25Pros: Cuts great; carrying case.Cons: None. Conclusion: 5-starshttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001GNC8RS

Difficult To Install
Difficult To Install in the wall. The space between two walls wasn't deep enough for the wings to expand.

Easy install and very secure
These mounts are deceivingly expensive but in reality offer an extremely easy and secure way to mount ADA handrails and grab bars. My biggest recommendation is to follow the installation instructions because the hardware is actually offset and not in the center of the hole that you drill. I highly recommend purchasing these.

Waste of money
I followed the simple instructions to the letter. I used 4 units, 2 on each end of the grab bar, and they seemed secure and relatively sturdy. My elderly mother of 94 years old used the grab bar for the first time and it collapsed under the pressure of her 134 lb body weight. Wasting my money was punishment but watching an elderly person nearly fall was infuriating. To be charged that much for a less than reliable product is dangerous and just bad business.

Very solid and easy to install.
Great anchors, once you get past the concept of drilling 4 x 3/4" holes in your tub surround or tile. Recommend watching the WingIt video on Youtube, especially re: tapping the anchors through the drilled hole.
