The dumbest power plug in history —but Zamo refunded.
This keyboard has what is possibly THE stupidest power plug in the history of computers (and that’s saying a LOT!). It’s a little cord that plugs into the USB on the Surface and then into a little magnetic dot on the face of the keyboard. But unlike the magnetic (AC) plug for the Surface itself, THIS plug has to be positioned JUST right... and it’s very easy for it to become disconnected —as has happened now many times. Plus, it seems to take forever to fully charge the keyboard, and the charge doesn’t last long enough to even survive a three-day business trip).Additionally, the Bluetooth cuts out occasionally. Just horrible!“F” for F-ort.UPDATE: Zamo fully refunded, which I really appreciate. The conscientious attention they gave is quite impressive for an on-line retailer. This particular keyboard may be worthless to me... but I might use Zamo again for other purchases.

Extraordinary customer service and very well designed product
Very well designed keyboard - sturdy but lightweight, very smooth key function. Looks much elegant than any keyboard of this class. Minor connectivity issues with bluetooth but oveall, a very good product.Above all, ZAMO has an extraordinary customer service team - they themselves will reach out to you to check if the product is good and we have any issues with it - and offer immediate refunds/replacements. Very impressive.

...effort to satisfy me as a customer.
Won't work for 3D displays, as I found out, however, ZAMO compensated me in an effort to satisfy me as a customer.

If your surface keyboard prongs do not work, this will!
My surface no longer recognizes a type cover, so I purchased this bluetooth alternative. It works just as well and attaches just like my type cover did. I would recommend this product.

Good aftermarket replacement!
I like the fact that you dont have to plug this into the wall to charge it. There is a USB charging cable but you just plug it into the USB port on the Surface Pro and into the magnetic charging port. This keyboard is a good and cheaper replacement for the $100 MS keyboard.

All worked great. The HDMI cable length to the projector was ...
It works as advertised. I connected at the same time a 24" TV, 16" TV, EPSON video projector, and a HDMI to video/audio converter. All worked great. The HDMI cable length to the projector was 50 ft so the splitter puts out enough to drive a long cable.

Works pretty well with my surface pro
Bluetooth connection was easy...keyboard works pretty well but like most, the touchpad can be annoying while typing. But overall I'd rather have it than not.

Doesn't worik, won't type anymore, just sends gibberish. Otherwise its a beautiful device with just a major malfunction.
Two days ago this review would have been completely different. This item worked great, typed great, looks great and just was great all together. Then is just stopped typing, now it just sends gibberish to the screen instead of typing. Only the trackpad works but the keyboard doesn't work at all. I would really like a replacement product.
