Disgraceful. It is NOT WOODEN.
Furious. It's a black plastic watch. It is not wooden as it is described. It doesn't even look wooden. And the engraving option was not offered so it says "to my husband" this was bought TO BE ENGRAVED as it says I can on the advert. I want a refund. Now!
