I wanted something for cardio for home to use in the winter months when I can't go outside because of freezing weather and ice/ snow. I decided on a rower because of the low impact on my knees. I received it very quickly in a perfect box. It was packed well and arrived Completely undamaged. I put it together in minutes. The directions were easy to understand and all the parts were there and marked well. After I put it together, I used it and am very happy! The seat glides well and the range of motion is excellent... I am 5'5" and feel like even a much taller person would have no trouble using this rower. The resistance is great. I just have to sit down and figure out the programs because that part is a little confusing . The rower is very sturdy. The best part is that it is COMPLETELY SILENT!! I read the other reviews saying it was quiet but, that was an understatement!!Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

I purchased this rower for pur home gym. Rowing is my husband's favorite exercise. This rower arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It was put together in about 30 minutes. The rower is a mid-range but is a good quality for the price. It has a full range of motion and provides a good workout. The multiple resistance levels definitely change the difficulty of the workout. There is a good range of preset workouts. The rower folds and moves easily for storage and moving if you can't leave it fully set up in the space.

I chose this rowing machine after studying the giant table of rowing machines and their features brokered by Sunny Health & Fitness on their website. They purchase all sorts of exercise machines from China and give them American warranties, support, and quality assurance. This one had the best features including the aluminum slide, higher weight limit. heavier fly wheel, more tension levels, foldable for storage, and good computer. It's a solid, well-made rower that's really quiet and a pleasure to use. We did have the cracked case which we glued, the handle strap slipped into the case which we fixed. I think it's a sturdy home machine that was well worth the money.The tension control isn't explained in the instructions at all so I will attempt to do that here. There is NOT a plus or minus tension adjuster. You adjust the tension by selection from various programs. P1-P8 are various patterns of increasing and decreasing over time like hills on a treadmill. P9 allows the tension to be controls by a heart rate monitor which is not included. U1 is the lowest tension. There is also U2, U3, and U4 which are increasing tension. That's all I've figured out so far. Maybe someone can filled me in on the other 4 missing settings.

This rower is portable which requires the user to swing up a heavy bar and then screw it in place for storage. The L-Knob does not screw in and out easily and may require the user to lie down on the floor to line up two holes with that 4 foot heavy bar balanced vertically. If that user is doing this alone that bar could fall on the person's head. Yes! it is unlikely, but it could happen. I do not recommend this due to safety reasons. I am keeping this to exercise and will redesign the L-Knob as I am sure the shipping is expensive.

I really like this rowing machine. I am not an olympic oarsman, so I don’t need any of the more expensive models. This one meets my needs perfectly. It is quiet, sturdy, runs smoothly and is simple to use. At less than half the price of a Concept, it’s no brainer.

When we first bought this rowing machine, my husband really enjoyed it. Only major issue is that he has to put weights on the front legs to weigh it down because it jerks off the ground when he rows. We have now had it less than a year and regret ever purchasing it. It has less than two hours total use time and it is broken to a point we are not able to use it. The volute spring assembly somehow broke inside and no longer keeps tension when you pull. Customer service is AWFUL as it has taken them one month to even help us. On top of that, we have to pay for a new part and it is on back order 10 weeks out. I would never recommend this machine or company to ever purchase from.

I bought this for our small home gym and it has been an amazing addition. It is easy to assemble - that is important! The different programs to choose from are wonderful and diverse. Excellent buy!!! You won't be disappointed.

Excelente remadora. Su monitor te muestra tiempo transcurrido, conteo de remos, distancia, calorías, remos promedio por minuto y "pulsaciones" que tengo entendido necesitas un dispositivo adicional para poder utilizarla. En general los programas de entrenamiento vienen muy bien variados y balanceados para cualquier tipo de exigencia física que necesites. La relación costo-beneficio me parece increíble, tomando en cuenta que la compre en oferta y me costo $6,000 pesos.Me tarde un poco en armarla pero una ves que estuvo lista funciono excelente. Actualmente tengo 3 semanas utilizándola y siento el progreso realizado, la recomiendo ampliamente!
