NON-RESPONSE FROM Best Pet Supplies
Received these steps and they were perfect for my dog to access our bed, BUT the zipper on the step cover separated and it will not go back together...Have repeatedly tried to contact Best Pet Supplies, Inc and they are not responding! We love the steps but for $70, the zipper should last more than 15 days!

Perfect for small dogs
I have 2 poodles. I got these steps for the little one who weighs 4.5 pounds and can’t get on the bed by herself. The bigger one, who weighs 15 pounds, uses the stairs now too! They easily support the weight of both dogs. Initially they were nervous. I set a treat in the stair to coax the little one. I did that until she was comfortable going up and down. Once the bigger one saw her, he needed the stairs too instead of jumping. They are pretty sturdy and fairly stylish. They do move away from the bed if the dogs are messing around and bumping them (they are on a stone floor and the little one is always jumping on her big brother and they play chase). I’m thinking of getting a rubber gripper for a rug and putting under the stairs and see if that helps with the movement. They only move slightly and not far from the bed, so there hasn’t been any safety issues.

Exactly what we needed
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My 15 pound mini-mutt Muffin can’t reach to jump up on my son’s bed (which is taller than normal because it was the top bunk of twin over full futon bunk beds). He’s been picking her up and placing her up there with him each night to sleep, but if she gets up to use the pee pad then she can’t get back up. We’ve tried using a dining room chair, but she was too scared to try to use it and it would have still been quite a jump anyway. I ordered these steps because they had good reviews and offered free returns in case she was scared to use them. She wasn’t sure about them at first, but a few treats did the trick. Now she zooms up and down them without thought. They’re exceptionally sturdy and don’t give or lose stability when she is on them. I even tried standing on the second step to see how it held up and it barely even indented (and I’m a heavy girl at 240 pounds). This was an excellent investment and I highly recommend these dog steps.

Great for under 25lb Dachshund and Beagle to access the bed safely
I needed something for our aging Dachshund and Beagle. Our dachshund is 12 now, and while he's in decent shape and doesn't currently have spine issues, the worry is always there. He loves being on the bed and we're afraid of him jumping down. The Beagle, who is about 7 now, suddenly started hesitating to jump up on the bed. Both dogs are approx 20-25lbs.After having ordered a couple different models of ramps and immediately returning them (they were all too wide, too bulky, or too steep), I decided to give these a go. Out of the box, they look quite nice. They are slightly more narrow than most options, which was great for the space I have. They are perfect height for our moderate height bed. They would be too high for a couch (I might get the 3 step to try for that). They are very lightweight, which I suppose could be good and bad. I definitely could see others' concerns that with a heavier pet hitting these with any speed, the stairs could slide around or become displaced. It hasn't been a problem for our dogs, but I could see the issue. The reason I waited a while before reviewing (or possibly returning) was that it took some time / training to get the dogs to use them. They are kind of steep. The Beagle would continue to jump over / past them for a while, but now he bounces right up them if he doesn't feel like jumping. The Dachshund on the other hand will not go up them, which is unfortunate, but I think they are just too steep for his confidence. He will however go down them, which is really what we wanted them for (the Beagle sees no point in using them to get down yet). All in all, a good purchase for small under 25lb dogs to access the bed safely.

Perfect for Our Pets
We originally purchased this set of foam stairs for one of our elderly cats who was starting to have problems jumping onto the bed. The first day we received, I sprayed the steps with Feliway thinking it would give them a familiar smell. He immediately took to it without any coaxing. Now all 3 of our cats use it to get on and off the bed.The stairs are lightweight enough to easily reposition, but also have a type of material on the bottom that helps them to stay in place. The cover can be easily removed and washed. I did a lot of research on different types of pet stairs and this one came out on top on several scores. I'm very happy that it's lived up to my (and our pets'!) expectations.

It slides
This is the second stair/lift, whatever, I have purchased. I bought the four stair because my daughter's new bed it too high for her dog to jump up on, easily. I am disappointed because her dog is a "scary-type." What I mean by this is that if something scares him off the first time he tries it, he is not likely to try it, again. These stairs slide on the wooden floors, so I had to put what I could find underneath it to keep it from sliding. Then, force him to go up and down the stairs with treats, and leash on the collar. I thought it wasn't supposed to slide! I didn't want to have to force him, or entertain the thought of sending the stairs back. Also, the cloth covering looks really flimsy for the price of this thing.

Perfect for the older cat
Our aging cat likes to sleep with us at night and no longer has the strength to jump up onto the bed. After slipping and falling a couple times she decided she would just stand next to the bed and cry to get picked up. Not something I enjoyed at 2:00am so something needed to get done. The steps were easy to assemble: just flip up the top section and zip the two halves together. The foam and cloth combination gives our cat plenty of traction and a feeling of secure footage that she no longer needs help to get on the bed. And the steps are light enough to be moved out of the way to tuck in the sheets, but the rubberized bottom gives enough traction not to slide when the cat uses it. Now she gets up for her midnight snack and comes back to bed without bothering us for help.

These are awesome steps. Very good quality. It zips apart and covering is machine washable. Too bad my dog won’t use them🤨
