About the Author Lyn has been in the aqua industry for 20+ years and has accreditation's in the water exercise environment from the UK, USA, and Europe. An experienced tutor and assessor she was the founder and training director of the successful company Water Fitness Ltd until 2014, where she delivered instructor training courses and qualified 1000s of instructors in the UK and Europe, some of whom have gone on to become industry presenters and tutors in their own right. Over the past 12 years Lyn has designed and delivered many different REPs accredited water exercise workshops and master classes including Dynamic Deep, Aqua Abs, Noodles in the Shallow, Noodles in the Deep, Fun Sports Specific, Aqua Intervals, Aqua Bands to name but a few. She was the originator of 'Hydro-kik' the martial arts aqua session and has presented at conventions in the UK and Asia. Her passion and commitment to safe and effective exercise, creating dynamic aqua instructors who can use the properties of the water without gimmicks have been brought together in this comprehensive book.
