Great starting point in foam rolling for beginners
Both foam rollers are strong and can withstand weight (I am 175lbs), the blue smaller one is weaker though and will deform if you foam roll in one place for too long or for too much intensity. The larger one has the perfect grooves and indentations for foam rolling your upper back, but can be painful on calves.The resistance band is super weak which is disappointing but is suitable for side-steps and squats.The ball is slightly too large for myself but still does the job and you can use it for the same purposes as the foam roller but to isolate certain areas, carry bag is useful too.

Brill. Loving it
This pack is brill. I use it all the time especially the foam roller after my run, but I also like the elastic band and the packaging/storing. Love that it has the simple easy foam roller option which can be placed inside the other hard spikey one. Brill.

If you don’t mind them being narrow,they are great rollers
The rolls are good and the packaging is convenient.Only thing is rollers are not wide enough making it difficult to roll on them with ease (and I’m a size 12 female.)
