User Friendly
The unit itself is pretty user friendly. It works on both of our vehicles, a Chevy Travese and a Honda Civic. The Hinda doesnt have a check engine light on, but we tested anyways. It shows everything to be good. The traverse does have an engine light on, and gave the same code as the auto shop did. (Needs new spark plugs.) The user manual is a bit smaller than is ideal. All in all good product, and my husband is glad to know what's going on with the traverse.

My car and my wife's car both had check engine codes. It worked the 1st time but couldn't read or give out codes anymore. It wasnt accurate after the 1st code read

It works!
It works on my Bentley and just saved me a lot of money I would have spent having my car shipped to a service dealer. There isn’t a dealer with 5 hours of where I live so I needed to know why my check engine light came on. Thankfully now I know it isn’t a serious issue and I can wait till my next service appointment.

Cylinder Misfire
I needed it to tell me which cylinder was misfiring and it doesn't do that. Not on my car or my son's. I thought I understood from the description that it would.

I miss the bluetooth connectivity of my old unit, but this one is pretty nice, and was one of the lowest priced models at the time of purchase.
