It’s the best product for a stoma

Works great if you apply it right next to, around stoma in pencil diameter size. Apply Skin Prep first, then Stomadhesive, (this) then gently & evenly press down around stoma so Stomadhesive flattens a bit to seal around stoma. Prevents leaks that leak down between stoma and wafer and frequent wafer changes. Only complaint is the tube is too small for the $.

Seals better than eakin brand, but does have alcohol in it, so it can sting raw sensitive skin around your stoma!

It's messy should be a better way to apply it

I've used this paste in the past and it works great with any brand colostomy bag.

I tried adapt, which is what seems to be the hospital standard. I was leaking ALL the time. So, I tried this product. It is not only more secure, but easier to work with.

So, I have had an ostomy since the end of December 2018. I have tried everything ever suggested to prevent "breeches" of my pouching system.I had been using another brand of stoma paste, but it was messy to apply and even messier to remove. As luck would have it, my insurance didn't cover enough to get me through all of my pouch changes in a month (because I had to use a lot each time to prevent leaks / breeches).I was looking for something to hold me over until I got my next shipment from my ostomy supply company. I remembered that the hospital had convatec stomahesive, so when I saw the price, I HAD to get it.It works so much better than my old adhesive. It also comes off 100x easier and with much less residue.I can't speak highly enough about this product.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Melts easily and does nothing to stop leaks.
