Excellent quality very reasonable price
This carrier is well built. It was easy to assemble. Once out of the box I found that one side piece was missing. I notified the seller and had the replacement in less than a week. I have used this to haul 2, 100 lb. propane tanks. I did add two metal strips connected to the front and back sides to brace the two tanks. I used bolts to secure them and they are removable. This was a good investment as it is much easier to put the tanks on this carrier than to put them in the bed of my truck which has a 3 in body lift. Great customer care.

Where was quality control?
We ordered this product because it looked like exactly what we were looking for. However when we received it, it had major problems. The 4 pieces that make up the box of the unit need to be put together to form the walls, well...3 of the pieces matched and the 4th one didn't. No way to make it work. So it appeared that whoever packaged this product didn't know how to follow the packing list. Didn't come with all the nuts and bolts that the packing list indicated. Also no instruction sheet other than "put it together". The only plus was no problem with the return!!

Poorly stored
Took it out of the box and tons of Rust came out of the pipes. It must have been stored in Water. I can’t return it yet because we have a trip we can’t wait for. Complete Junk

this thing is dangerous
weak hinges that pop out during travel, frame bent with normal paved roads, weight used was 300lb, rated for 500 lbs. We used extra wire on to travel trailer for less wobble on tongue, and it did not matter. We replaced the tongue with a shorter one to stop the wobble. If I could return it I would.

Incredibly hard to assemble, but good once it’s done
We like to call this piece “ the marriage test“. This includes the worst of the worst instructions on the earth. We are both pretty darn handy and this was an absolute nightmare to put together. Once we got it put together, I think it’s going to do the job just fine! But good Lord, this was something.

Purchased this for a trip across the country. Put it together and it seems very sturdy. It has plenty of room for what we need, but it is only 18" wide and not 20" as advertised.
