What is the capacity of this backpack in liters?

21L that's according to the manufacturer website. It's a good day pack

Are there attachment points on the bottom?

No, just the sides and the back.

Will this backpack attach into the mini trainer chest rig?

No, but most chest rigs have thin straps that easily and comfortably accommodate wearing a pack. I almost always wear a pack with mine. And honestly, you wouldn’t want to have to completely take off your chest rig every time you needed something from your pack.

Designed in Poland (founded 1983) and manufactured in China. I have the US Poncho and the quality is excellent.
