The media could not be loaded.  What I liked about this smart video doorbell is easy setup (up to 4 devices), two way audio which make so much easier to talk to the person in front of my door without me coming down.In addition, the camera has wide angel view, it actually can tilt left and right in cruise mode. The PIR motion detection is very sensitive, therefore you need to set it either low or medium if you don’t want it to be high.The camera is full HD definition resolution, even during the night time, I can still see the image very clear, absolutely can see the person face very clear as well.You can take the video or picture and save it to the album on the app. Very easy. God forbid something happens such as parcel missing, car thief, you would had those clips saved as an evidence.The app you need to download from your device is called “XSH Cam”, once you downloaded the app, just follow the screen instructions from your phone. I completed the setup within 5mins myself without any difficulties. After you done the setting, please enable the cloud storage in On mode because the default was in Off mode. The doorbell has 1 8gb built in SD card, you don’t have to get one unless you wanted to.Oh yeah, it also came with a indoor chime that had 52 melodies and you can adjust the volumes as the chime in high volume is really loud, I set it the lowest.Last not least, I feel secured with this smart doorbell especially I had 2 missing package incident in front of my door, therefore I’m recommend this brilliant device.

I had it for about 2 months and struggled with basic functionalities as there was major delay in getting alerts and speaking to visitor even when I was actually home so internet speed etc wasn't a factor + I have plenty of perfectly functioning devices at home .I have tried to contact the support team numerous times .all I was recommended is to reset and let them know .. this obviously didn't fix the issue and there has been no response to my last 5 emails so I'm returning it.Potentially good product let down by simple functionality issue

I don't recommend this door bell. The app is not good. It takes so long to connect to the camera that people are long gone by the time you can see who is at the door. The bell doesn't always ring when pressed. The function which records a brief snapshot of who was at the door so you can check who you've missed when you were away never really worked.Overall very disappointed!

Durability remains to be seen. Can only connect to home router on 2.4MGz. Having said that, after installing the video doorbell at 2.4 GHz I re-enabled the 5GHz connection on my router and the system still seems to be working!

Great product received item on time and was well packed....it's easy to set up and easy to add the app onto your phone...it works well clear camera so u can see clearly who's at the door when u aren't in...great item would recomend this product...comes with everything u need to get it set up and running.....

Well just not working anymore!First it went crazy and wouldn't stop ringing then decided no matter what you press I am not going to ring!I think you better spend that extra ££ and get a well known brand where at least you get better support! £80 binned now!

ALARM KEPT GOING OFF ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, AND IT KEPT GOING OFFLINE AND THE TIME LAG WAS TOO LONG AS WELL AS NOT SENDING TO THE ICLOUD.
