I bought this chain to see if I would like this style of chain before I bought a real one. It does look amazing at the beginning and I didn't take it off, it only lasted 3 months before almost all the gold had worn off. For this price it's to be expected, so if you would like it to last longer do not leave it on and always place the same side against your skin. Also it didn't lay flat so I had to take pliers and twist it in the opposite direction in order for it to untwist. Just don't expect this to be real jewellery.

Packaging was huge! A lil disappointed with Amazon four not being more mindful of this butit had nothing to do with the chain. Chain arrived promptly and free of damage. The chain appears to be off good quality and the clasp looks like our should hold up fine for years to come. Especially since it was for my 12yr old son. Chain was a little thicker than expected, but weight adds a lil old school clout I guess, right?

Bought the chain back in January just for a night and would wear it every now and then. Other gold plated chains i've had, just by wearing it here and there, would already be fading from gold. This one is still shiny. Once day i went to the beach and forgot to take it off, once i noticed i thought for sure the chain was done for so i kept it on the entire time, still looks good. I thought let me test in in the pool and behold it still has it shine even after a summer of usage and swims. Now i dont wear it everyday or even every time i swim but for being a gold plated chain and for the amount of usage i've given it, and FOR THE PRICE! its a pretty great deal. It is now September and the chain is just as I bought it.

I ordered this to see how a 5mm chain would look on me before purchasing a real solid gold chain. It served its purpose but the actual product itself is terrible quality. Links getting twisted and stuck on each other and all sorts of problems. Luckily I only purchased to view the size.

You know what you're getting with this chain. It looks good, but you can tell it's cheap. The gold looks real but is very obviously plated. This chain did not turn my skin any colors and i wear it semi frequently when i want a splash of flash visible from the back of my neck. I do not wear the chain outside of my shirt, i personally don't think it looks great on me that way.

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday. He really likes the design (and thinks the quality is nice), except for the fact that a link broke the first month of him wearing it. He got it fixed and hasn't had any problems in the months since, but just know that the quality isn't great.

one thing i could say it hasent faded yet and it got wet a few times just wish they had a bigger one its nice and very well plated it hold stronger then any other chain i had

What a beautiful chain! Looks so much better in person than on the picture has a wonderfull shine to it, its definitely more of women's chain than men's.
