Tubing is 1/2" o.d., strong enough to provide all the resistance I want, built well so I do not have to worry about product failure and injury. It replaces an old, exact same set of blue Stretch Cordz...after many years, the black colored tubing began to degrade and it was time for a new set

Not very stretchy
I bought this to replace my old ones. Same brand. The elastic is not very stretchy like the old ones so I cannot get the same range of motion. Disappointed.
