I love this brand for my baby. It's a slightly thick sunscreen and leaves a white residue, but that doesn't bother me because I know it's made with good ingredients to take care of my baby's health. I used it to take my baby to the beach, and it's guaranteed.

I have been applying the sunscreen to my baby with a makeup brush and it is easier to spread that way. The sunscreen is thick but good quality. It’s also rated high on the EWG website!

The white residue is typical for zinc-based sunscreens, so it's not really a defect - just something to expect. **Bottom line:** Would definitely repurchase despite the white cast issue. The protection and clean ingredients are worth it for my little one's delicate skin. Just budget extra time for application.

I applied this sunscreen once in 80-degree weather at the beach. After 2 hours, I didn’t reapply the sunscreen but I only got a little bit burnt on my forehead and shoulders other than that everything else was protected. I love how safe the ingredients are. The texture looks grainy but not when you apply it, however, you have to BLEND the white out onto your skin. My husband is darker than me and it was easier to blend on him than it was on paler skin. I recommend using water/shea/coco/mango butter or any lotion you prefer with this sunscreen. When you squeeze the product out it shouldn't be too hard. You might have an old or defaulted one and you should ask for a replacement. I will be ordering again. Very satisfied and worked well for being an all natural sunscreen.

Bought this for my 1 year old and really like it. It does require lots of rubbing in to smooth as it is white in color. It is less toxic than other brands. My one year old has eczema, and it did not bother her skin at all.

Not good. Doesn't work well at high altitude in the Colorado sun. We are at 8600 ft in elevation, pretty close to the sun and it can be brutal. We like to take walks around the neighborhood in a carrier 15 minutes to an hour. Today I thoroughly and generously spread sunscreen on my girl's face. It was so hard to squeeze out of the container and really thick, but I kept an open mind as I like the company. The sunscreen gave her a bit of a ghost face, but it's not a big deal as we're just going around the neighborhood for a walk. All a big whatever, I've tried a lot of mineral sunscreens on myself and most give at least a white tint. What killed me is after a 30 minute walk my baby girl was sunburned. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this for high altitude states.
