I decided to try this because it’s cheaper than my usual (Heather’s Tummy Fiber). It dissolves more easily than Heather’s, but it has a more pronounced taste. I think it would be hidden in coffee, but I can taste it in my green tea.

It blends easily with my matcha powder for lattes or coffee beans before grinding, adding a smooth texture without altering the flavor. I also use it for cooking, beyond beverages. When making air-fried potatoes, I mix them with a neutral oil like avocado oil, then toss them with acacia fiber instead of flour or cornstarch. The result is a crispy texture with extra fiber snuck in. I also appreciate that it’s organic and available on Subscribe & Save, making it easy to keep on hand. It’s flavorless, odorless, and incredibly versatile. As a fiber supplement, it works well without going into too much detail!
