I bought a set of these, and although they are for the outside of the house, I put them in my kitchen around my island. Not only are they very nice, high end looking, and modern, they look fantastic around my kitchen island, and neither me or anyone else can tell that they are suppose to be outside bar stools. They are extremely sturdy, and the seat is real wood, and the legs, and back are a dark brown metal. They are real easy to put together by one or two people, and although there are no instructions, you don't need them, because you can only put the legs on one way, and the metal back comes already attached to the wooden seat. These are really, really, really great, and I love them!

I've spent years putting together furniture like this and this is by far the worst quality control I've seen. There weren't enough bolts in the packaging to finish either chair, there weren't enough washers, AND the two bottom support bars were completely missing. The chairs are super flimsy without the bottom supports. I was laughing at how bad this was. There was even a note in the bottom of the package instructing me to search through all the packaging before reporting something missing...seems like this might be a recurring issue? Regardless, I tore everything apart and the missing pieces stated above are indeed missing. If the pieces had all been there and the chairs were sturdy I'd probably give this 4 stars at the price point of $95, but alas, here we are.

Love these chairs at first but only after less than two months they started to get a scratched look. So upset as I ordered 6 of them. 2 of them have developed this look. Anyone else experience this

Love the look but assembly sucked. Screws didn’t line up and it took some muscle to get it all together but they do look awesome and are pretty sturdy once assembled.

Easy to put together, I did it myself. All the screws, bolts and tools to put it together come with the chairs. They're beautiful and fit perfectly on my patio... just hurts my back because there's no support if you want to lean back.

Assembly is quick and easy. Strong and sturdy. Looks great at bar. If you need back support you may want something with higher back, but overall a very good bar stool at a great price.

The low back is almost like having no back, not really for lounging. They are very sturdy though.
