The Santa was easy to use and set up with one exception. There were four stakes but only two pieces of black "shoe-string" type of material. Since there were no instructions, I did what I could but couldn't make it work with the two strings - particularly since one was long and one was short.Once I committed to adding my own nylon string and stakes, it was fine. If you can keep Santa stable with only two strings, you are much brighter than I am to be sure.But once I got past that, Santa was great; my 3 year old granddaughter loved seeing him lit up at night.D

Worst blow-up we ever had. Don't buy it!There were no loops on bottom of snowman to stake it to the ground. It has some kind of bags inside filled with"cat litter"??? to hold it to the ground. DOES NOT WORK! My wife had to sew 4 lops onto bottom to use to hook to ground. It has two lops on sides which we used but first night we has 10 MPH wind and the lops ripper out. Again, my wife had to sew reinforced lops to sides.This unit would be "OK" to use inside. VERY poor construction.

The snowman is well lit, big and very cute. It only has two tie downs and some minor sandbag weights in bottom to keep it upright. This is totally inadequate if you are using it outside. I had to sew on two more tie downs and add loops to the bottom for staking it as it kept getting blown over by even mild wind. Now it's great.

Every Christmas season we always have many inflatables in my front lawn. This year, we decided to replace a few since they were very old and didn't look right anymore. So we bought this Santa among others. For a few days it worked like a charm, however one day I came home from work and found it deflated. When my husband checked, he saw that the motor had died. It's really disappointing to spend so much much money on a inflatable and not being able to enjoy as we wished. Very disappointed 😥

I love it. It got soaked a couple days. But came back strong. Small fan takes several minutes to inflate when dry longer when wet but survived almost 2 weeks outside in cold to moderate warm (50).

This is nice. The light is weak and I thought for sure the small pump would never keep it inflated but ironically it does.

He stood high and mighty for all of December. He is back in his box for 2019. I have seen the price dropped from other sites after I bought it.

Hook loops on snowman tore loose with nothing else to latch to. When used with a timer, it would often be found folded over itself and unable to inflate
