When I opened the box I was very surprised at how small these brushes were in reality. I had thought they would be bigger, like the store brand I had bought a few years back at the local craft store when I jumped into chalk painting furniture. I have not used these yet, so I'm not sure how secure the bristles are, but on the positive side, I would think that having smaller brushes like this would be easier to wield and maneuver in whatever your craft use of them. Five stars because they were a decent price for three different-sized brushes, despite their petite size, and I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home to procure them.

It was my first time stenciling! The brushes held up great over a week of my daughter, granddaughter and I stenciling and they still look new. No shedding of bristles. Great buy!

As other reviewers noted, the brushes fit in the palm of your hand. I used the largest size for several weekends in a row and it stood up to multiple washings. It does lose a lot of bristles but they are easy to spot and remove (even in light paint.) The final look was not affected by the loss of bristles.

Built up our builder grade kitchen islands. Used these stencil brushes to stipple/ dry brush silver metallic paint after painting & glazing. Worked perfectly. They were the right price & shipped fast.

The brush heads and bristles are a good size, but the body of the brush was a bit too short for me. Hard to grasp.

These brushes work great. The handles are just the right length to be comfortable to use.

All 3 of the brushes broke apart the first time I used them. Two brushes shed bristles during use and then became a stick with a loose heap of bristle as I cleaned them. The third brush started falling apart with first use, but at least I was able to glue and clamp it back together so may be I’ll get one more use out of it. I spent a little more and bought a better quality stenciling brush that will hopefully see me through for awhile at least. What a disaster and I had to pick individual bristles out of my oil painting.

Easy to blend colors on stencils. Easy to clean.

Servent pour les corrections (ex : à enlever le surplus de pastel pour corriger une erreur). Note : sur le + petit, mon professeur m'a fait couper les poils de moitié environ pour + d'efficacité. À utiliser très doucement. Très bons outils. Je recommande.

Bristles don't come off onto.my paintings. Great for different techniques.

To start, these are very small brushes. The largest is maybe 3/4 inch diameter brush head. Further, they are very poor quality. The silver collars are loose and the bristles are unevenly cut and very coarse. Could have saved $8.99 and got something similar at the dollar store.
