Kind of grossed out at how well it cleans! My floors are a mess with 3 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat running around so I was very excited to try this. Effortless to use, made mopping fun! Really easy to assemble and operate, would make a great housewarming gift.I threw the pads into the washer and dryer with no problems and they came out looking brand new.

So far so good. Used it twice and very happy with the result. A nitpick but important one is that the instructions say to put batteries in but when you look they are already there. That is good but... the batteries have a clear plastic wrap on them that you cannot easily see. So if you buy, you need to take the batteries out and pull that plastic off since they will not connect until you do so.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas - among other things. (Thats what she said she wanted. Honest). I thought it would be good to have replacement mops. So...where do you find them? The ones on Amazon that state they are for Gladwell are 6". This machine is closer to 9". Guess what! Elicto and Bissell make a mop pad that looks just like the one that came with the Gladwell. So I ordered them. $20 for 6. And where do you find a Gladwell mop pad that says it's specifically for a Gladwell? Who knows? Find a Gladwell website. I can't. I'm about as happy as I would be with a door to door salesman. Honest she said she wanted this. But I'm sure wishing we had researched a little further and gone with a known name with replacement parts. Hard to beat the Bissell name. Did I say she loves the machine? She loves the machine. Thats the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

I has previously rated this mop five stars and I still love the mop, however the manufacturer does not sell the batteries separately. The battery charges very slowly so having a second, freshly charged battery in important, especially if you forget to charge the one in the mop before you put it away. Also, if the battery ever dies you're going to have to throw the mop away. It's ridiculous that the manufacturer does not make extra batteries available and that's enough of a reason to rate this mop one star and recommend that you don't buy it.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This mop is great! It's well made, very easy to use and does a great job. I'm not sure I would go as far as some other reviewers and say that it makes mopping "fun", but I will say I don't dread it like I did with a regular mop and it takes half the time and about 1/10 the effort now. I highly recommend this electric mop.

I don't know if it works or not because . . . mine wouldn't work from the moment I got it. I read manual followed instructions. After charing that little unit I checked the 2 AAA batteries in pole and found they had plastic over tips. Removed plastic and re inserted batteries, but still wouldn't spin or work. The light came on but it wouldn't work. I returned it today for money back. It appeared to me that possible I got a returned mop from a previous buyer? Not sure but I didn't do an exchange because not working at all and going to trouble of returning it wasn't worth trying again.

I absolutely love this mop! It makes cleaning your floors a breeze! I love that you can add your own cleaning solutions and it doesn’t soak your floors when dispensed. I also used them for waxing my floors and it’s amazing! Works great on my hardwood floors and tile. Charge lasts a long time as well

I am very happy with this mop, I love how easy it is to use! It does the scrubbing for me and makes mopping a much less daunting task. I also love that the pads can be washed after each use. No dirty sponge mop sitting in the cleaning closet.

Have had it a few days and so far it’s AMAZING!!! Works great, got some dried up brownie batter up the first pass... love I need nothing besides water to clean up!!

I loved everything about this mop until it one day while using it the power died even though the battery was fully charged. I replaced the little batteries in the handle but it made no difference. I let the battery go completely dead over the space of a few weeks then recharged it but still nothing.

I have a mobility disability so I needed a mop that could do what I could not. It came quickly, was easy to put together and use. Unfortunately, the product only lasted five months. However, a refund was issued with an apology. Overall this product has good ratings so I guess it was just a fluke. I miss my mop.

I have owned this electric mop for about. 11/2 years. When I first go it, the sprayer did not work, no big deal for me. I used it about every 2-4 weeks. Love it , easy to use, easy on my back. All of the sudden it stopped working. Contacted the company directly, they we going to send out a new unit. Then they changed their mind, and offered $20 off a new machine. Why would i buy another machine for $350 when I stops working after only 1.5 years. No over use, no abuse. Would not recommend that you buy this machine, will be wasting your money. Poor customer service.
