I did an AI search regarding omega-3 supplements for dogs and it said to look for products containing EPA and DHA. This one was at the top of their list of suggestions. After three days of using it, it's still too soon to comment on any results other than Mollie likes them.

Giving 4 stars because when I opened the package, I had received the Joint & Inflammation bites, not Skin & Coat. However I did order them from a different seller and have been satisfied with the product thus far. I have two Pomeranians with different coats. One’s is dull, thinner and gets matted easily. The others is fine but super thick and he gets dry, itchy flaky skin especially in fall/winter. I purchased this to try and revive one’s coat and help the other with skin issues. One of them had been really picky with eating, and will not eat these as a treat so I have to mix in with his food. The other gobbles them up and he normally does not like anything with fish. They are super soft. Hopefully I will remember to give an update after the treats are gone to be able to tell how it has worked for them.

**Update** Bella has been on Omega Bites now a full year. Every day, 3 chews a day and we have not seen any hot spots for several months! Since starting Omega Bites, she's only had a few and they weren't nearly as severe as previous breakouts. Her hair has grown back everywhere but a small patch on her tail which may never grow back due to scarring. She's so much happier now and we couldn't be more thankful for your product!** When this past winter hit, I noticed my dog starting to itch uncontrollably. I felt horrible for him so I immediately started researching products that could help his dry skin. I came across Zesty Paws, read numerous positive reviews, and loved their guarantee so gave them a shot. Within a week of 2 chews every morning with breakfast, I could already see a difference. He wasn't "panic itching" nearly as much! I kept on it and within a month, I could tell he was so much more comfortable and his vet even complimented his coat when we had a checkup early on. He now knows what "Omegas" are and immediately looks at the bright orange jar with huge eyes and perked up ears. My gma has a boxer with horrible skin allergies and she's tried everything under the sun to help alleviate the pain and itching. She didn't have much luck, aside from incredibly expensive prescriptions that were dangerous if continued for extended amount of time. Her dog would still go through the phases of numerous hot spots, rashes, and hair loss. I decided to start giving Bella omega bites to see if it helped at all and so far, in the past several months we've had her on it, it's been a dramatic difference! The true test will be with the warmer weather now but I'm staying positive! I'd highly recommend this product. Dogs both love the taste/smell and look forward to it every day. Container is sturdy and seals well so the scent doesn't tempt them more to steal the jar. Lol. The ONLY thing I would like to see at the moment, is perhaps larger quantity available. Both of our dogs are large breeds so they need 2-3 a day so with the auto ship feature, I'd rather get one big jar for both dogs rather than 2 jars a month. I'm weird like that. Lol

My 11 yo Maltese mix was turning brown in the face from north Texas allergies. He stopped chewing on himself as much after a few days. Three weeks in, his face is mostly white. Great product!

Our rescue dog's coat was dull and felt rough. After only a month of using these as directed, her coat is now softer, fuller and shiny to the point that people have mentioned how it glistens. She loves the flavor and wolfs them down so addressing this issue hasn't been a challenge at all. We also know that the omega3 is good for her health overall.

Poor Quality Control Often find inconsistent texture, often crumbly portions. Several times a significant portion of the product was small pieces. Otherwise I think it’s a good product, and will purchase it again. I would accept the refund that the company offered, however I don’t believe it would cause them to make any changes. So my review stands.

I have been buying these as a recommended dog treat. Helps with itchy and dry skin and my dog loves them.
