US Layout Replacement Keyboard for Thinkpad P50s T550 T560 W541 W550s

Purchased the first one, it arrived with the Tab key missing from the keyboard and loose in the box and was not able to snap it back on. Purchased a second one because I didn't have time to wait for warranty replacement and this one the += key literally shot into the air as I was sliding the bottom frame of the keyboard into place. This one was able to kind of snap on, but falls off every 3-4 key presses. Ended up very carefully super gluing it on because I was in a pinch to get this unit done. I've been in IT Services for 25 years, so yes, I do know what I'm doing. This keyboard replacement is complete JUNK. Don't waste your $. I wasted in twice, and regret BOTH purchases.

Went to install and two keys popped off. Yes the Lenovo (with back lighting) is $100 but it works. Thought I would save money by a non-Lenovo keyboard after I spilled milk on my original keyboard. Nope. One keyboard lasted three years and this one didn't last the install.

The product works fine and it fill it's purposes, but the lack of back lighting is a big downer.
