Omg!!! could the seller please put a picture with a tape measurer to clarify the size? buyers have several different opinions.

The actual size is 10" x 12.5" with handles x 2.5" (I just measured it). I cannot change the description, because only the manufacturer (Portmeirion) can do it according to Amazon's policy. Yves Decor

Is it made in England?

Yes, the company is English and many pieces of pottery are made there (Coventry I think). However some pieces are outsourced to other countries. Confusingly, the town of Portmeirion is in Wales. There are Portmeirion stores there but no manufacturing.

A beautiful, multipurpose dish.

The dish came in a packaging box and was well protected. The photos just don't show how beautiful the flower design is. I LOVE pertmerion dishes. The botanical prints are beautiful. I can't wait to serve my first dish. The wonderful part is you can bake, serve, and store. It is multipurpose for cakes, casseroles, roasting, whatever.
