BEWARE
Nothing like the pics or cover of their catalog. Didn't include remote or cord. VERY cheap looking. I was embarrassed when I gave this as a gift. The whole table of people were laughing at what was sent, I had to run and get the catalog to show how cool it looked. Now I have the hassle of returning it. VERY disappointed in HS. Spent $16 freaking dollars to ship.

Product not as advertised
Globe is supposed to change color. It does not. Custy service said they were all out of that model so I was stuck. Did not offer to pay shipping or return shipping.

This product arrived dead on arrival. After a while it lit, but the lights did not move and the colors did not change. As it was packed quite well so we conclude that the QC is poor or non-existent. The quality of the materials seemed low for the price. The switch and battery contacts were of poor quality. HS promptly issued a credit.

Not An Acceptable Purchase
Not as advertised. Didn't include remote so does not change color. Was a gift so turns out it was NOT a good choice. Cheaply made in China so VERY overpriced. Wasted my money on this.
