Western Chief Rain Boots with Pull on Handles for Toddlers and Kids - Premium Waterproof Boots for Boys and Girls

I ordered these boots at the end of August and the binding on the back of both boots came apart by the end of November. My daughter wore these boots about a total of 15 times. Now I'm stuck with these garbage boots because the return window closed after 30 days. I would not recommend these boots since they don't seem to last.

I bought these for my 6 year old son for Easter, he wore them for a week. I couldn't figure out why his feet were always saturated-- I just chalked it up to him playing with the garden hose. These boots took DAYS to dry out and finally I saw where the seam had come apart. After only a week?? These are Western Chief, a trusted brand, my 4 year old has had his for 2 months with no sign of wear (bought somewhere local). I am sorry but I think these are counterfeit merchandise. Poor quality!!! I thought I was getting a great deal at the price I paid for them but I was mistaken. NOT a happy customer :(

I bought this Western Chief rain boot in a size 12. The tag on the boot actually says size 11/12. However, it does seem a little big. He wears a size 12 in gym shoes and still has a little growing room in these boots. The boots appear slightly narrow though compared to my son’s Bogs winter boots. My son has average width feet and has no problem getting them on. I’m not sure if they’d work for a kid with wide feet though. Overall, he loves the fun shark print and really likes wearing these boots. His feet have stayed dry. I’d recommend them for the ~$20 we paid.

I give my grandkids rain boots each year at Easter. This year I purchased the Western Chief brand for the cute prints and handles. Recently we went out for a beach walk and BOTH PAIR had come unglued at the seams, not just one seam but the sole seam and the side seams. The other pair did the same but the rubber had also cracked where the boot flexes while walking. These boots did not last more than four months. What good is a RAIN BOOT when it's cracked? No good at all. I personally would not buy another Western Chief brand boot again. So this year all 3 get new boots for Christmas, and not from Western Chief.

I have had these boots almost two months. They are very cute and my daughter loves them. However the quality is just ok. They have already started falling apart and have holes in them. She wears them a lot but I expected to get a full mud season and summer out of them. That is not the case at all. I don’t recommend buying them if your child will wear them a lot. If they will simply be a rain boot and not playing in them then they should last. Otherwise with lots of playing and running and muddy puddles and mud they have not held up well.

My daughter requested rainbow rainboots, and these are perfect! They're not ugly or an obnoxiously bright rainbow. They're a cute, bright pastel rainbow. Quality is great, and her feet stay 100% dry (unless of course she's jumping in puddles without rain pants and water gets in from the top, but there's no way around that!).My daughter is a size 9 and these are a little big on her, which is fine and to be expected with a 9/10 size. That just means there is room for thicker socks for now! Even they are a little big in the beginning, I do like the double sizing because they'll fit her longer and it makes the price tag worth it!This is her second pair of Western Chief rainboots, and we'll continue to purchase bigger sizes as she grows!

We live the western chief brand rain boots and have bought them several years. They seem to last one full season of rough use by my now 6 year old son. After a season he does need a new pair due to wear and holes but I feel boys are tough on all footwear and it’s not a quality issue.The prints are adorable but with regular wear do scratch off, again as I’d expect.I’d say they do run big so size down versus up.The interior is a light almost thread like appearance on top the rubber. I imagine this is for comfort but when the insides get wet or damp it does take a bit of time to dry out (I toss them on a towel next to our vent).Good purchase, will buy more for the kids next sprinf

My preschooler attends outdoor school. She’d outgrown her old boots and needed an affordable pair to last the final 6 weeks of the school year. After the first or second day wearing of these boots, I noticed the backs were beginning to split. They were no longer waterproof. After wearing a total of 7 times, the backs completely split open. The boots are disintegrating. The soles look like shoes that have been worn for a year. These did not last through normal wear and tear. I would not waste my money.I contacted the manufacturer, Western Chief, directly, via email, hoping they would address the quality issues. They dodged responsibility and recommended that I ask Amazon for a refund. Amazon provided wonderful customer service, but Western Chief refused to address the poor construction and assume responsibility for their product.You have been warned. Steer clear of these boots.

Me habían gustado mucho porque son muy suaves y están bonitas. Sin embargo son muy poco durables, como botas de lluvia, mi hijo las usaba poco, solo para salir a los charcos en la époda de lluvia, sin embargo con eso fue suficente para que se rompeiran antes de un año, o sea menos de 30 puestas.

Mis hijas son tala 16, compré 17 y quedó 2 números grandes, o sea que vienen muy amplias, por lo demás están bien hechas y a ellas les encantaron!

Las botas llegaron 2 tallas más grandes, no las regresé porque más adelante las podrán usar pero estarán guardadas casi un año.

Demasiado grande pero buena calidad

Pedí una talla 15MX como viene en la descripción y me hicieron llegar una talla mucho más grande que no coincidía en ninguna de las medidas con un 15.
