Paid £12 for these, cheap and cheerful but surprisingly comfortable. The canvas was a little tight across the bridge of the foot but within and hour or so they stretched and I had no problems with them. Great of trudging through the piss filled toilets of Benidorm for a lads weekend and they washed up really well.

I’m very familiar with these shoes as I have several pairs - lovely summer shoes, so I treated myself to a new pair as some of my old ones are getting on a bit. Bought a pair of supposedly UK size 4, they arrived yesterday and were one size too small (Brazil size 34, US 4). Sent them back and immediately ordered a new pair in supposedly UK size 5, thinking there was some sort of logic but nope: these are 2 sizes bigger than my size (Brazil 37, US 7). I give up, and these are unfortunately going back too.

These are really nice. Bit on the tight side at first. But wear in pretty quick.

Normally a UK7.5 so ordered a UK8 (EU42) even though the Haviavanas website and a lot of Amazon reviews said they come in small/tight so to order 2 sizes up. Glad I ignored that advice, figured if they were too small I’d use my shoe stretcher and only ordered a half size up. Mine have arrived absolutely true to size because they feel that half size too big and have a very loose, relaxed fit feel which will be great on holiday.

Having read some reviews saying that the espadrilles were too small, I was a little unsure about ordering the next size up. I ordered the size 10 (my size) and was very disappointed to find them to be much too tight. They may have stretched a little but I wasn't prepared to take the risk. A size 11 might have been ok, but I suspect that they would have been too large and loose after a few days of wear.

Ordered three pairs. Got two different sizes, both wrong and one pair looked filthy! The white canvas was grey and yellow.
