I enjoyed this book and it was easy to digest all the information. Reincarnation is a very interesting subject.We are often told we hold on to, too many limited befliefs. These beliefs can actually be from past lives. How would one know that?Denise seemed to find the origins to many of her beliefs. Overall a good book.

I'm interested in this subject matter and it was very interesting with alot of things that make you think. If you want a book that is easy to understand regarding past lives and not too heavy then this is for you.
