Perfect for my 3 year old. Some of the puzzle pieces are shaped like various holiday things like Christmas trees and snow men. I also like that it has a back to it so we can do the puzzle on the ground and it doesn’t fall apart.

I thought these puzzles would be larger, but they are not and that’s my fault for not reading it. However, that said, I used to this in a sensory play program where I work. It was Christmas themed and I needed something that would be engaging, enjoyable, and I could use as a learning activity. All of the children loved it and it was a huge hit. The puzzle pieces are Christmas item shaped. There are bells, candy canes, stockings, etc.With the puzzle pieces out of the frame, the shapes are indented in the cardboard base. This makes it easier to match and place them and helps teach them shapes and textures. I made copies of the scene and placed it next to the puzzles so that children could also look at the picture to match with the puzzle pieces and where they should be placed.I can use them next year when I have a Christmas themed program again. Perfect for my two year old that loves puzzles, she loves doing them over and over again. It’s a great next step for toddlers who have mastered chunky shaped puzzles, but aren’t ready to complete regular puzzles independently. Pieces are thick, the hole on the back makes it so easy for my two year old to get the pieces back out, and only 4-5 pieces so she doesn’t get overwhelmed or frustrated. What I love the most is the puzzle shape outline on the base of the puzzle. This helps foster independence because she has a guideline for where the pieces go. Such a great teaching tool to help them gain confidence and skills before moving on to bigger and more complex puzzles.

Cute puzzles but the pieces don’t fit snug enough. In my opinion pieces are too loose in the tray. Still looking for one piece after I tipped a puzzle a little and all the pieces went sliding onto the floor. I guess I should have checked the size too because they weren’t as big as I expected.

Bought these for my 2-year old granddaughter. This helps her fine motor skills and has outline marks for where each piece goes. One puzzle piece is actually shaped like per the animal in the puzzle picture. I especially like that they are a smaller size and they are easily carried in a to-go bag when they travel. This was a good buy!

We are very happy with these puzzles. They are a good size for my 5 yr old, maybe about 8 inches on the long side, pretty thick, sturdy enough backing, and cute pictures. I was happy with them as a little gift for her. The difficulty seems right for a 4 or 5 yr old.

I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter. It seems sturdy enough, and the pieces lay flat and fit well. I like that the shapes of the pieces are outlined on the bottom of the puzzle frame. HOWEVER, I ordered the elephant/bear combination, and received two elephant puzzles. Basically $12 for one puzzle. But she loves it so much, don’t know if I can return it. I’ll probably just keep the duplicate at my house.

LOVE these puzzles! I really hope the seller makes more! I have been searching for puzzles exactly like these and these are the first ones I have been successful in finding. The lines on the back showing kids what shape belongs there really helps them be able to do these puzzles on their own. Before kindergarten a child should be able to do a simple interlocking puzzle. Other interlocking puzzles I have tried have all the same shape of pieces so the child can put it in the wrong place and it will fit. Not with these puzzles! These are great in between puzzles for children who are too old and advanced for peg puzzles but not quite ready for more complicated puzzles. We have all but the holiday ones and my girls (5 and 3) love them. It took a bit for my 3 year old to be able to do the larger piece ones but she has figured it out and can now do them by herself. I often have several kids around the same ages as my own in my home and they will sit and do these puzzles for forever.
