Tested out the coffee machine...works awesome

Support issue in India
We have purchased this machine in office from our business account of Amazon in Pune. This machine has failed to start after approx 1 year of usage. WE are not getting any support center for this issue. We have raised issue in USA, they have mentioned that , we need to visit and get it repaired in USA only.

Happy for Keurig; Disappointed with the price
It took over five weeks to receive so when ordering, keep that in mind. Secondly, be sure to order a converter step down for US appliances (the white box shown in picture next to coffee machine) so as not to ruin the coffee maker. Secondly, the Keurig is extremely expensive (17,880 rs) in India. And on top of that, so is the voltage converter (4400 rs). So factor these things into your budget when purchasing. Disappointed in the expense because this same unit costs $55 in the US. But I love this brand, so I paid dearly for it.

Great product. That is if you don't mind buying a new one every two years or so. Look at the numbers. At a cost of about100 bucks comes to $4.16 per month. That is what it would cost to buy supplies to clean the Keurig. I don't spend money cleaning it and I replace the unit with a nice new coffee maker. Same cost, no work and spanking new machine.

I had the same older model keurig for over 20 years and it started to have a pump noise which in my opinion is very good considering I use this thing twice a day for that long. The new unit looks good and I like the fact it fills the water as it pours in the cup to save time. Very hot also vs the old Keurig I had. I love it.
