First bought this book for my Daughter over 30 years ago. Now buying it fir her 4 year old Daughter.A beautifully written book with such amazing artwork.A real keeper of a book.Would recommend this to any child.

One of my childhood favourites, still wonderful

I first encountered The Whales' Song over 20 years ago in my undergrad studies in Elementary Education. To this day, I consider this to be one of the most beautifully illustrated children's books ever published. The paintings on each page are breathtaking! The story is great, but it is the art which truly sets this book apart.

Had this book as a child so I had to purchase it as soon as I saw it again. The pictures are just breathtaking
