We actually feel the birds are a part of our family now. Seriously!
This is an amazing bird feeder, and an wonderful seller. When we had a regular feeder, we never knew a thing about our garden birds. We'd occasionally say something like, "Ooh - we have a lot of those yellow ones lately" - and that was it. Then we got our first window feeder - by another company. It was OK. We started to notice that we were getting to know the birds a bit better - but couldn't see them all that well (it had a "see through" plastic backing, that wasn't all that clear. So we searched for something better, and found this little tray. And it has changed everything. Because we can move it, we can place it where the squirrels (usually) can't get to it (because they are too heavy, and cause danger to themselves jumping onto it!!), but the birds can. And suddenly, we know all about the families of birds we have! In fact, I think we used to have visitors, but they have maybe moved in now! And had babies! And this spring we saw three babies from two families grow from very tiny little fellows, up to big (for a great tit) birds! We now know what types of birds they are (as we can properly see them), and we even can see their personalities! Which are quite apparent! We have one little guy who chirrups each time he finds new food, and another which will only come if his mum goes first, etc. It's fabulous!!But a very crafty squirrel took a flying leap onto the window sill last week, and found a way to get to that feeder (he's really skilled!), to knock it down. And then, he tried to run off with it, he liked it so much!! Like his own personal feeder that would magically re-fill! And in the process, he lost one of the suction cups that holds it on!So I contacted the seller, who actually took the time to contact the manufacturer for me (as he hadn't been given any extras), to get me two additional suction cups sent immediately!! Plus, they wrote to me, to let me know, straight away, and then checked up on me later, too! They were kind and courteous, and overall, just wonderful to deal with. Completely recommended!!

Works !! Great product!!
A bit skeptical if it would work. The suction cups are amazing, very solid. Has not failed us yet. It can support weight of at least two birds from my testing. Not had more than two birds on it at once yet. (Its a little too small for more than two to be honest.). The build of the tray is solid. No thrills, and does what its supposed to do.Took a few days for them to find the tray on my window. I tried putting a small amount on the floor under the tray. Hoping it would entice a bird closer so they might look up and see the food tray. LOL! Eventually they foudn it! The word on the trees spread! it didn't take long for others to find it. :DReally enjoying the birds visiting my tray. The robins are lovely, so are the Sparrows! Except for one particular Sparrow (I call it Messy). Keeps digging their beak into the tray and tossing the feed over the edge while it tries find a worm in amongst the food!Anyway, we are loving it, the kids have taken a liking to bird watching now.We used the "I Love Robins" branded bird feed as well with this tray. It is only 500g, but it is plenty really. Would recommend it. Even the sparrows seem to like eating it.

All good but...
Not a single bird comes to it as its so small. It's a shame as the concept is brilliant. Sadly, it appears useless.

Happy robins!
Very pleased with this, once I got it to stick ! There is a definite knack, but do persevere as it does in the end. I found that if I put a VERY tiny smear of vaseline on the suction cups (hint I picked up from previous reviews) and pressed really hard when attaching it to the window, it has stayed on most of the time, occasionally it falls off, especially when there are more than two or three birds trying to get to the suet pellets! Only one robin at a time, very territorial! but the blue tits and coal tits absolutely love it as well. It's lovely being able to see them watching you as you work in the kitchen. They have got used to me now and don't fly off so much when I am there. If I make a sudden movement that does disturb them, but on the whole they make me waste an awful lot of time watching them! Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money
It didn’t stick to the window and I tried all sorts, even glue!! What a waste of money, don’t bother buying and I’d suggest you find something similar elsewhere

Perfect for the smaller birds
Not that expensive and has brought lots of entertainment and helped feed the little robin that visits my garden . The larger birds have tried to sit on the tray but find they are too big against the glass to actually feed . Make sure window is clean before applying first time .

It came only with one suction cap
Update:I am changing from 1 star to 5 star because I received a replacement free of charge in no time. Robins love it. It's holding up nicely even during frost.Old review:I can't use this. It has one of the suction caps missing.

Cracking little feeder, Great for up close wildlife views.
I love this little feeder. The birds stayed away for about 2 weeks, but then slowly inched closer and closer. Now, we are at a stage where I can stand and watch or move around in the kitchen and the birds dont sudden fly away. Last week I was doing some DIY by the back window and our little robin family still used the feeder whilst I was right by the side of it, and tilted heads when I spoke to them… I love it… fixes firmly, doesn't fall off, easy to refill and Ive had 3 birds on it at one time….
