Yes it does have three separate boxes in the same color, but most people obviously want the same color.

Q: I see the box has changed-has there been a cange in formula from old 8/106

Yes they changed the formula and were giving away free boxes for awhile so everyone could try the new formula...it made my hair fall out so bad that the shower got clogged up n i pulled 2 cups of hair out of the drain...will never buy this brand

Q: The box says "permanent" but also "lasts up to 8 weeks". Which is it? Does it fade or not? Will my hair be back to normal after 8 weeks?

Your roots will tell you when you need hair color again. I usually have to use the color every 5-6 weeks because my hair has grown and the roots are showing.

Tried this 2 weeks ago and had little grey coverage. conditioner included is great and the smell is ok. used #8, should i try darker? (by sue)
