I always carry a grabber on my riding mower to pick up pine cones, limbs and other debris as I'm cutting the grass. Unfortunately, my previous one was 32" long and was swept off the mower by a low-hanging branch, after which I ran over it...mangled grabber. After she finished laughing, my partner suggested looking for a folding or telescoping grabber on Amazon. I found these and decided to try them...great price for two and only 16" when folded...they sounded perfect. After using this grabber several times, I'm convinced: it is perfect (at least for me). I have no problem picking up lawn trash and the grabber is simple and quick to fold and unfold. Best of all it stays on the mower until needed. (So far, I haven't needed the second one but it's always available and that's a bonus.)

I love that I can reached items on high shelves, but wish the prong holders were metal. One broke almost immediately. Glad I ordered Two(2).

Great for weekly pickup of pinecones and our grand daughters love to help.

I bought this for my 97 year old mother. She is able to use it, but doesn't!!! I like the design and it is very light. Oh well I'll use it when I am 97!

Great buy. Sturdy. Used them to pick up garbage around the neighborhood in walks.

This could pick up a dime and do those type of things. However if you have had surgery and need assistance pulling up pants, etc. this does not have the capability to hold the item. It takes multiple attempts to get it done

Very hard to squeeze to pick items up.

Cheap and flimsy. I got what I paid for...
