CeraPan Metallic Aluminum Fry Pan, 10", Copper

Very good pan from a good company. I have owned several of the 10" pans. I read all of the negative reviews and just suggest that you read and follow the instructions provided with the product. I'm a bit inclined to just trash the paperwork with items. I've been cooking for 30 plus years and certainly know how to use a fry pan but I didn't know know how to use this one. I ruined the first one in short order and then read the instructions. The next one I purchased about 2 years ago and read and followed the instructions. It has been a great fry pan. It is very easy to clean, needs very little oil and heat. Never use high heat. Use low medium heat and be patient. I use this pan for breakfast foods and to sautéing but not for searing. High heat will warp it very quickly. Also to clean let it cool, take a soft paper towel and wipe it out then a tiny bit of dish soap, warm water and a soft dishrag and was and rinse the pan.It stays pristine and cooks great.I highly recommend the Cerapan metallic ceramic fry pan. Don't blame the pan for your mistakes.

They are much better than those Copper pans, etc. These will scratch eventually but not as quickly as the Copper ones. They are also less expensive than the others.

This is a great pan for the money. I had the same one for a while and the white started to get a little stained so I purchased this one to replace it but considering the price on this pan, it's totally worth the money. The Edges go up more straight instead of being tapered so it's great for liquids not sloshing out as easy.

Best ceramic frying pan I've tried. BUT, 1st one i bought warped on bottom maybe because of too high heat. I only use this one on medium heat and it's fine. Perfect for scrambled eggs.

Admittedly, I have not used this skillet long, but so far, I love it! Unlike the many pieces of cookware I have purchased in the past few years, it is truly nonstick and it cleans up beautifully. It is a beautiful piece of cookware too. I will be adding more pieces of this cookware very soon.

Does not work on induction

Non stick coating works great, however it is a cheap alu pan: no heat retention, easy to deform. Cook an omelette but don't expect to sear a steak.

this is the perfect size and is so easy to clean. I already had a larger size and love this brand of pans.
