Schluckwerder Marzipan Potatoes 200g

I don't understand why they aren't listing the ingredients here, they are right on the front of the package that I received! I ordered them them hoping against hope that they were vegan and gluten-free, and yay!! They are the best marzipan pieces I've had in decades! I remember so fondly the marzipan fruits from my youth in NYC (I think that we got them at Smiler's market); lately the marzipan fruits, if I can even find them, aren't vegan or if they are they are too firm and dry, not the right texture. These marzipan potatoes are the *perfect* texture! Here are the ingredients: sugar, almonds ground (27%), glucose syrup, low fat cocoa powder, invertase.

They’re tasty taters. What else can you say about a marzipan tater. They’re either good or they aren’t. These are good. 🌷

I order the potato marzipan because my mom loves them. When I opened the padded white shipping bag, the potatoes were rolling free as the thin cellophane bag had split. Lazy packing on the shipper's part and cheap packaging on the manufacturer's part. This item also cannot be returned. So skip ordering this product unless you want to eat loose, half-squashed candies.

Taste is great, but they were all melted together into one big ugly clump.

My family are huge marzipan fanatics so I gave a bag of these to all at Christmas. They loved them and they were so fresh. Yum

Good gift...if you know someone who likes marzipan.

These are ao tasty! Only downside is how fast they are gone since I couldn't keep my hands put of the bag. The chocolate coating on the outside is thin(the way I like it) and as it melts the an incredible flavor is released. Seriously tasty, if you like marzipan at all you will love the product.
