FerplastSippy Water Bottle, Medium

Bought this to replace the crappy plastic bottle that came with the cage I got. Everything about this water bottle is phenomenal, and it works amazing for my dwarf bunny. The way it mounts to the cage is solid compared to just about anything else out there. The tank also has a good size opening so I am able to pop in some ice cubes for them every once in a while!I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again and again, and I plan to get one more in the next couple days as I am getting a second bunny. I will also recommend this water bottle to anyone and everyone. It is SO worth the wait for them to ship it (if you live in the U.S.A like I do). And they even shipped it in half the time I was told it would take. (It took ~3 weeks instead of the 6-7 weeks I was told at purchase.)The price is fantastic, shipping time isn't bad and the product is well worth the wait. So don't wait, pick one up!

Very happy with this pet water bottle. The attachment to the pet cage is very solid, much more so than the typical wire arm/cradle type waterers. Easy for pets to use and people to refill, no dripping issues. My only word of caution is to make note of the size, we ordered this 'medium' bottle assuming it would be a good size for our large pet rabbit, but he would be much better off with a large sized waterer- the medium usually needs to be refilled daily. The medium sized bottle is more suitable for guinea pigs or smaller pets. Ferplast does make a large sized bottle with twice the capacity that they advertise for rabbits on their website, though I haven't found it available on Amazon at this time.

I really like this product, although I wish I were able to get a larger version. It attaches firmly to the outside of our rabbit's cage, and she hasn't figured out how to knock it down yet. That's a plus, she can be quite destructive. I was hoping that it wouldn't leak, but it does. Not as much as a regular water bottle, but it does leak. Overall, very pleased with this water bottle.

Even at its largest size, the bottle is too tiny to use regularly.

This worked very well for an older critter that had spent a lot of years emptying his bottle into his cage. Would recommend it.

Our bunny switched from water in a bowl to the zippy bottle easily. I'm glad, since it is more sanitary.

I got this to make it easier to fill my hamsters water up as the bottle sits on the outside of the cage. I like for him to have two bottles, as he has been known to knock one over (he's a bit of a chunk).The instructions looked a bit complicated but really weren't. I set it up on the outside of the cage, filled it up, then watched my hamster ignore it for weeks... And only use the one which is a faff to refill. Awesome.Finally the water started going down. I watch him do it. He'll drink from one, then the other. They're both from the same tap Dave! Its like he's sampling from a drinks trolley.Not the brightest furball.

The design is very nice and the fact that can be attached everywhere is really good. However it leaks a lot, and therefore it is not suitable for the job... I put a small bowl under it and over night about 60 ml of water leaked into the bowl... the cat learnt to use it at once but as it leaks he prefers to drink from the bowl!.... I bought this bottle because my cat drags the water bowl everywhere and bottle was a good solution for the mess, unfortunately it leaks as other reviews commented as well.Update: I moved it to the bath where it can leak without any mess around...and my cat drinks from it.. he loves it... I added 1 more star.

Excellent so far, haven't actually tried it with the hamster yet but it is clear that it does not drip at all half as much as classic water bottles, three drips a day? Five at most? Honestly.And one thing which was crucial was that the suction cups/pads were strong enough and held to my plastic bin cage, they 100% are and I actually struggled to get them off again, a Syrian hamster, even the biggest, would not be able to knock it down.I bought the medium size and that is perfect :)10/10 would buy again

This is fantastic for guinea pigs cage, no leaks and so much easier to fill. Previously had a plastic bottle that you attached to the cage but every time you refilled it and placed it into the cage it would squirt water all over.Took the guinea pigs a little to get used to it as the drip end is different but didn’t take long for them to learn how to do it.Great product!

Used this for my Syrian hamster. Found it very difficult removing & placing back on to the wires on the cage when needing to clean. Very fiddly ended up breaking it. Change to water bowl as easier to clean & put fresh water into every day
