Honestly, I was really excited about this purchase. I recently broke my arm biking and needed something to protect it from further damage, but didn't want something that would restrict my arm movement or make me sweat excessively. This seemed like a very good compromise.The good part:After receiving them, I took them out of the package and thought the sleeve material was good quality polypropylene and the silicone band on the inside seemed sufficient to ensure that the sleeve doesn't sluff off your arm when you start to heat up. The padding was very flexible and conformed to the arm - not as dense then I had hoped for, but it wasn't any different from what was advertised (compression arm sleeves vs. elbow pads).The bad part (and this is a fatal flaw from my perspective):One of the sleeves fit great but the pad on the other sleeve was about 2" above where it should be, so it didn't cover the elbow. So, while this was a great design with quality materials, they were made in a factory that had poor quality control. The fact that this product was even packaged is pretty appalling. I wish I could order them again, but I honestly have lost faith in this company to provide me with a quality product and don't want to gamble with the hassle of having to return them if the same problem presents itself.Amazon's role in consumer protection:Amazon makes it very easy to purchase and return these items, so something like this doesn't seem like a big deal. For the most part, I have been very pleased with the price and the quality of the items I've purchased and the convenience of shopping from home. I will likely continue to order from them. However, I think they need to do a better job vetting their suppliers, particularly when they are selling protective equipment. While a misplaced elbow pad is not the end of the world, a misplaced helmet pad certainly may be. This is an issue of consumer protection and one which should be taken seriously.I propose an Amazon Safety Certification to establish trust in products that are meant to protect you from harm.

I ice skate and inline figure skate. I like this type of padding because it is more streamline and doesn't make your elbows look bent. It also allows you to move and extend. I also use these on my mountain bike which works great to protect my arm from the sun and potential falls. I have taken some strong falls on the concrete with my inline figure skates and this worked great and did its job.

I really liked that these came in a two pack. We saw one similar that was Under Amour brand and it was only sold single for $35. These is a lot more cost effective and seems really good quality. Bought them for my 8-year old's flag football. He hasnt used them yet but they fit well. I just used the chart.

I coach a college volleyball team and this is the specific pad my players asked for. Great comfort and feel at a very good price.

My son loves the product, nothing to bad to say about it. The padding is decent but not hefty. He is a youth medium and we ordered the smallest one. It tends to fall down and I have to re-adjust it for him most of the time. If it was tighter or smaller it would of been perfect. But overall he loves it so I would recommend it to anyone who’s kids need some extra padding for football/ any other sport. It made a huge difference in just his confidence to fall on the ground when getting tackled but not get hurt or basically cry.

They work good- just a little tighter than expected.

I would size up. My daughter is 10 and very thin and this were very tight, I know they are suppose to be, but wish I would have sized up. Gave them to someone younger and she had issues getting them on as well.

I've just started MTBing and got these to get some protection when cycling. Aliright so far and fit well.

Coolomg is probably the most affordable brand. they’re the only brand i buy, great customer service and warranty. This design in padding is better then the honeycomb style but the problem is with the material, it’s not around the knee, it’s no slippery enough, cause after a few uses the friction of sliding on the court burnt a hole in it but the padding did not fall apart, it still held together but there was a hole. I’m only removing 1 star cause the product in general is really only good still and i think it should’ve lasted a few more uses before having a hole but it’s a knee pad. will continue to buy coolomg but hopefully they’ll change something on the next version but keep the same padding style.

Just needed something simple and not bulky for work to wear under clothes. This is wonderful... hopefully I won't get scratched up anymore. If I bump my elbow on any equipment I know I will be much better off now too.Thank you!(Ordered XL - I am an average/small woman and they fit just right. If you are an adult - don't order anything smaller than that. If you are a very large adult, find a different product.)

Ordered for my son for basketball, he's 5'8", 14 years old and ordered size large youth. What the description doesn't tell you is the elbow is padded and textured which did not show on the picture either. Ithe positive- I received a pair, it's sold as a unit. I felt deceived by the seller.

Overall a good product but it has one major flaw. The seam that runs from wrist to bicep is very uncomfortable and kinda takes away from the comfort so much that I don't want to use them. It's a well made product it's just the seam that ruins it
