Simon The Woodland Fox Indoor/Outdoor Garden Statue for Patio, Pool or Lawn, 18 Inch Tall, Cast Stone Resin, Red Orange Paint

Very cute fox statue! It's about the same size as the real fox we have in this area, and so realistic that my neighbors mistook it for a live fox. We'll have to wait and see how well it holds up to Florida sun and weather.

For the size and work involved in casting and finishing, it was well worth the $100 sale price. I considered giving it only 4 stars due to some issues, but my wife loves it so much it deserves the full five. The issues were mostly minor involving the paint, but it also has a deep narrow gouge on the rear foot that looks like it was made with a dremel tool. Color - As most have indicated, the item is much more orange than the one shown in the Toscano website photos. However, if you google photos of actual red foxes you can find several that are that bright orange, so no problem there. There is a odd yellowish color between the red and white transtion on the snout that I am not fond of, but nothing major. The video and rotating image on Amazon reflect the color accurately. Weight - I find the item to be well weighted and substanital. Very unlikley to be blown over by the wind. Detail - The eyes are awsome. They look real, and look right at you. Some of the paint is a bit sloppy, some minor missed spots, etc., but overall good. The end of the nose looks a little rubbed (i.e. not fully black), but that may be on purpose since all of the review photos look similar. As noted above, the item in the official Toscano photos is a lot darker and painted with more detail. Images on other websites, on the rotating views, and posted by customers are more accurate. Height - It is almost exactly 18" tall. Not sure why others have measured it differently.

This fox is absolutely beautiful. I bought as a memorial to my 3 year old great grandson. His favorite warmer animal was a fox. They keep it inside because it’s too nice to put out in the weather. It’s nearly life size. A wonderful gift!

I love this thing: I mounted in high up in my driveway circle. The colors are brilliant and it seems like good quality material it's made from: not too heavy so I anchored it down a bit. attractive thing for my country home.

This fox statue is awesome. Its eyes are so real looking. It is life like size. We intend to place in our front yard once the weather warms up as it is said not let it be in extreme cold weather. Right now, it guards our front window plants looking out into the yard.

My local library had a fox statue just like this at their entrance and my two year old son loved it. One day they removed it and he was so sad and kept going back to the spot where it was to look for it. So I ordered this statue and put it in his room! He LOVED it. He fed it milk, brushed its teeth, and booped its nose. 10/10 buy.

My only complaint is that it didn’t stop the bunnies and woodchucks from eating my crops directly next to it, but I think I just have bold critters in my neighborhood. It looks beautiful, has a nice weight to it but isn’t too heavy, seems durable, and is a lifelike size.

Have it in one of our many flowerbeds and we really enjoy seeing it!. It does look like a real fox

As expected very cute and prompt delivery

This was a luxury for my garden. It is perfect. It's a bit pricey so I researched and chose carefully. It is very well made and very life like. It's a good size so you can actually spot it from different places in my yard. I'm not sorry I bought it at all. I put it in the shed out of the snow for the winter because I want it to last for many years. The expression on the fox is perfect, the ears, the tilt of the head, the color is very accurate. My cats always take a second glance at it as they stroll by, just to make sure it's not going to move, lol, so I think that's a testament on it's own for the look of it. Very glad I ordered it. A gift "just for me".

Could be slightly larger, but, still very good. Best 'friend' to one of my dogs, from its arrival, he spends time laying next to it and checking it hasnt moved, when we return from walks. So the fox cannot be that bad. May try the rabbit next.

la statua è fatta bene e dettagliata. pesa poco ed è in grandezza naturale. i colori sono belli. unico neo credo che col tempo lasciandola sempre fuori con le temperie si potrebbe rovinare.
