To get good quality exercise gloves and wrist straps at this price is a steal. If you go to any department store you are looking at $20+ just for the gloves.I use my gloves to do pull-ups and use dumb bells as these are the exercises that seem to tear my hands up the most.. I have gone through several pairs over the years. This pair has a lot of protection and they seem very durable. The padding on the palm portion from the glove is very thick but not thick enough to effect lifting weights.It does fit a little big, but I prefer my gloves to fit that way rather than too small (though if they are a bit snug they will stretch out over time, especially if they are leather).I recently injured my wrist doing cleans. So I was looking for a good wrist strap. I find that the the wrist straps help me keep my wrists more stable and avoid soreness and pain. I have been lifting light due to having wrist pain and putting on these gloves has helped me jump back to heavier weights since my wrist is now supported.Obviously, it's yet to be seen how long these ones last, but so far they seem to be way better quality than any other ones I've seen in the price range.

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! I bought this for him since I heard him complain of wrist pain when he works out. The wrist wraps give great support, there was no pain after his workout since using the wraps. The gloves are great as well, good quality and comfortable. If you're having trouble figuring out how to use the wrist wraps or straps you can look up YouTube videos. Everything is great quality. My boyfriend was excited about this gift and uses them all the time. I purchased him a medium and they fit as expected. (I lightened up some pictures since my lighting wasn't too great, but they are the same color as the picture the seller has)

These are excellent gloves. I use them for crossfit style weightlifting on a daily basis and I find the grip to be perfect as well as the overall protection of my hands. I wish they came in a smaller size though, I have very petit hands.

Great product, good value.
Great product at a great price, have had these for a little over a week and have used them 6 times. Comfortable, nicely cushioned makes your grip stronger and more secure on the bar. Make sure you size them correctly for your hand size. Mine was on the edge between a L and XL but still a comfortable fit and feel. Have not used the wrist straps so I can't comment on them.

Great for woman's hands
My husband and I started working out and my hands were killing me from the weights. These have helped so much. They are well made and fit my small hands great. Plan on getting a pair for my husband.

soft and a good fit
I haven't had the gloves for more than a couple of exercise periods. So far I'd report thata) the gloves were/are soft and flexible, and b) the fit for more hands was accurate.Buyers should of course measure your hand following the instructions.

Horrible fit.
Ordered a size Medium, but they fit like an X-Large. What measurement scale are these gloves conforming to?! I used them once for 2 exercises and hated the fit.
